So, they generally suffer from cracking in HAZ of welding area during service operation in high temperature and corrosive atmosphere under high frequency stresses of combustion. As a solution for this problem Roein Sazeh delivered new designs of the GE-F9 gas turbine fuel nozzle tip made from improved material and fully integrated by using additive manufacturing technology with no welding zone.
